I'm Alexander Wisnewski - leadership trainer, coach and sparring partner for people who want to lead with clarity, confidence and impact.

My Story

One passion: people.

My professional journey has always revolved around people. I started out in education and worked for many years in predominantly female teams. Later, as an entrepreneur, coach and trainer, that perspective became even more valuable.

For more than ten years, I led an all-female team myself. And throughout my career as a coach and trainer, I’ve had the opportunity to support more than 1,000 women in leadership roles — from young professionals taking their first steps into leadership to experienced executives balancing responsibility, performance and family life.

Today, all of these experiences shape the way I work.
